Meet Our Seattle Manager -
Rita Manley

My love for running began in high school when my family adopted a lost dog that needed nightly exercise.  I learned more about my small Montana town during those evening jogs than I did in all the years I lived there.  From the deserts of south west Utah to the hills of Korea, running continued to be the way I explored my world.  I wanted to share that feeling of energetic discovery with others here in Seattle and City Running Tours is an awesome way to do that.

Personalized Runs

$75 for a run up to 6 miles/$5 for each additional mile
10% off for each additional runner registered

With our personalized runs you choose how far you would like to run, what areas and sights you would like to see and we customize a run based on that information.  Your personal running guide will meet you at the location where you are staying to take you on your run. We will run at your pace, provide water and have a camera in case you feel like capturing the moment.

At the completion of the run we will return you to where you are staying and you walk away with a souvenir goody bag that includes a t-shirt as well as running and city related products

Upcoming Social Runs

$25 per person for 5K Runs
$30 per person for 5K Beer Runs
$40 per person for 10K Runs
$45 per person for 10K Beer Runs

These runs are designed as social runs. They are for all running levels. Group size varies from week to week and is dependent on registrations
